At The Bedroom, we want you to love your sleep sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on most items to ensure your complete satisfaction. Please note that for hygiene reasons, mattresses and bedding must be returned in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original boxes, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in unused, pristine condition.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
